I am very happy to announce that my next book on modernist architecture in English version and being printed in saigon..
it's coming very very soon

This 450-page book will be unique and with great visuals that covers almost all of the Vietnamese modernist movement.
the book will be full color, with a hardcover and dust jacket.

the size of the book will be 24X32 cm, and it will be 450.
it will be a big baby
I can't wait to tell you more when it's finally in my hands..

This book represents 7 years of research and work throughout Vietnam.
I started with saigon in 2012 when I photographed the city, I discovered this building with a fine and airy look without really knowing that it belonged to the modernist movement..

it was when i discovered mel schenck's page on facbook, that i began to understand that what i was photographing had its own story..
I had to do a lot of exploration to discover these beautiful buildings because most of them are not referenced..
during my trip to the mekong I discovered a big movement for this architecture..

I fell in love with it, I must admit, I have not stopped in recent years to find new buildings to be able to reference them in this book..
the first book I published with mel in 2020 is much less complete visually than this one, because I never stopped wanting to continue collecting new buildings in the country because I kept enjoying doing new discovery

so this book contains a lot of novelty and above all great visuals, because the book is obviously bigger, and above all it is finally in color..
this architecture is unfortunately unknown and deserves all our attention because vietnam is also a country with its culture and its wealth of builder..
